Gail has a total of over 18 years of marketing research, moderating,
and ideation experience.
Prior to establishing RapSessions in 1989, Gail worked with several
large research suppliers, where she designed and moderated studies
for a number of major packaged goods companies including Anheuser-Busch,
Brown Foreman, Ralston-Purina, Fisher Price, and Helene Curtis.
She also headed up qualitative research for a major Chicago Advertising
Agency working on a variety of accounts such as MasterLock, Citibank,
Super 8 Motels, and Southwest Airlines.
Versed in all areas of qualitative research and specialized techniques,
Gail has had extensive moderating and ideation experience with all
types of consumer and demographic groups including children and
teens.

Bruce Levin |

Bruce has a highly diversified marketing and marketing research background,
with over 20 years of experience.
It includes a foundation of 10 years of consumer packaged goods
brand management experience at General Mills and Sara Lee, where
he managed a number of major established brands as well as led the
development of several new products and line extensions.
He also spent 5 years on the Agency side, heading up account teams
for Fortune 500 clients such as AT&T, MasterCard, Reynolds Metals,
Mobil, and Schering Plough.
Since joining RapSessions in 1996, Bruce has had extensive experience
as a research moderator and strategist, through which he has applied
and leveraged his comprehensive marketing background.
